Defence Annual Security Awareness Training (ASA)
The ASA informs personnel of their security responsibilities and provides a national-level awareness of security issues in Defence and the defence industry. Training must be completed annually by clearance holders and personnel working on Defence information and assets.

Clarity Security Policies and Plans (SPP)
Please ensure you familiarise yourself with Clarity’s SPP. Your acknowledgement of the SPP is to be completed and recorded on an annual basis.
Change of Circumstance & Overseas Travel Briefing and Debriefing
As a clearance holder, you are required to report any change in circumstance that may affect your suitability to hold a security clearance.
All DISP personnel contemplating business or private overseas travel are to complete the Overseas Travel Briefing and Debriefing form. You can locate the form on this page as well.
Report an incident
If a data breach, cyber incident, or any other security event has occurred, please report it in the Security Report form. Download the form and open it with Adobe Reader. Return the form to your Security Officer upon completion.
